Membership terms — Designforevig customer club
About these terms
These terms apply to you when you join the Designforevig customer club. The agreement is between you and Designforevig Nettbutikk AS, org. no. 924 325 003.
Membership
The customer club is free and open to all private individuals over 15 years of age. Membership is personal and cannot be shared. Any sign-up offers can only be used once.
Bonus points
You earn 10% bonus points on purchases at Designforevig, calculated on the amount you actually pay after discounts. Bonus is not earned on gift cards, shipping, carrier bags or specially excluded items. Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the date earned.
Using bonus points
Bonus points can be used as a discount on purchases in store or online. They cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards and cannot be transferred. Bonus vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
Returns and bonus
On returns, earned bonus points are reduced accordingly. On partial returns, discounts are allocated proportionally and partial voucher restoration is not possible. Full restoration on a full order return is possible within the cooling-off period if the voucher is still valid.
Privacy and marketing
Designforevig Nettbutikk AS is the data controller. You may receive benefits, offers and inspiration by email and SMS with consent. You can change or withdraw consents on My Page. See the full privacy policy for your rights.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time on My Page. On cancellation, all earned points are deleted and cannot be restored.
Changes
